About Me

Jacquie L. Jones is a lifestyle attorney who represents families and individuals across Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester and Montgomery counties.

For over a decade, she has represented small business owners and entrepreneurs in taking their business to the next level. She represents families in complex custody and support issues with a specific focus on paternity fraud and father's rights. Additionally, she is well known for her tenacity in criminal practice and is often affectionately called a "pitbull" by her criminal defense clients.

Ms. Jones, who is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Omega Omega Chapter is passionate about community service. She has served on the board of Trustees for St. Daniels United Methodist Church and the Village Charter School. She has also served on the board of the Solo and Small Firms Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Jacquie's commitment to excellence and service has resulted in her being selected to the Philadelphia Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2008 and 2013 - 2014. She has been honored by the National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women's Club and local anti-violence groups. In 2011, Ms. Jones was thrilled to be awarded the Robert A. Wright Award by the Chester Chapter of the NAACP.

Jacquie is the founding member of Jones & Associates Law, PC, a full-service law firm in Delaware County, PA. She was also a member of Bowman & Partners, LLP in Philadelphia. Prior to that, Ms. Jones was a founding partner in Wright, Jones & Associates where she served as a School Solicitor and Parent attorney as part of her regular practice.

Ms. Jones is a 2000 graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC. She also has a Master of Arts in Government from Georgetown University. In 1996, she earned a Bachelor of Arts. Magna Cum Laude from Ohio Wesleyan University.
